  Customer service is most of the time helpful and knowledgeable. Sometimes the merchandise is in the wrong spot in the shelves and you find out at the cash out that the price is completely different than marked on the shelf. It's frustrating because some merchandise has no price tag on it and it's sometimes hard to find a staff member to help you. The owner, AL Miller, is very helpful and does everything possible and more to help people out.
