  Enjoying a lovely vacation in the Invermere area when our low pressure oil light came on :( we called five places whom were all booked before calling K5. Fred answered the phone and asked us to bring the vehicle in right away and he'd take a look, after arriving we found out he doesn't typically work Saturdays. He gave us a ride to the farmers market (so nice) fixed our vehicle while we there and then picked us up at the beach later that afternoon. I know mechanics work on appointments but being from out of town with a situation like a low oil pressure light we were very limited with what we could do, I appreciate the amazing customer service Fred offered he went above and beyond for us. Definitely recommend calling K5 first!!!!

  Richard was so helpful and honest, he fit us in when all the other mechanics said they couldn't see us for a few days, he was super quick, thorough and attentive. It's nice to know there's still good mechanics out there! thanks guys!
