  While the store is generally organized, sometimes items aren't where you think they should be. Customer service is generally good if I can find someone I know.

  Hit or miss on customer service. I've spent 20 mins wandering isles looking for a product. Purposefully walking past the same employee without them asking if I needed a hand.

  Ammunition cabinet has gotten far more organized under the newest owners. But I hope pricing is franchise controlled cause wow. Some is 8 to 10 dollars more per box

  Especially with the owner / operator we had a really bad experience. He has no clue what customer service means. He was yelling and screaming at me in the store with other customers present. Very very rude! It was the worst experience I ever had.
