  One of the worst service I’ve ever received. When we requested a different room because my friend felt claustrophobic in our assigned room, they asked us to pay 20$ extra for a bigger “view” room. Absolutely ridiculous. To top off our poor experience, on the day of checkout, they turned WiFi off at 930am when checkout time was 11am.

  Fantastic hotel. Beautiful location and staff were very friendly and helpful. Our children loved the hotel as well.

  I would avoid this hotel for those looking for a quiet stay. The walls are paper thin. During this visit, I could hear my neighbors phone buzzing through the wall and I heard him get up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night.

  So fancy. Love were it is placed and how much you can do. The rooms were great! We would love to visit again sometime.

  This has been my second experience at this hotel like this, not sure why I came back. It has a beautiful exterior, lovely grounds, nice views and is new, but it feels slapped together. I stay at hotels for privacy and for a good sleep, not to be woken up by the person using the toilet at 3am.

  Walked in for a warm welcome.. great staff, they gave us great rates for a full team function. Made this beautiful resort affordable for all. We are all very happy a d impressed with our stay here..!
