    -18C in invermere today but I could have sworn it was minus -27C. Our server at The Birchwood was knowledgeable and inituitive. When I considered that I was just soft, she confirmed my fear -- "You ARE just soft." Great to come in from the cold for some excellent old fashioned with walnut bitters, fun ambiance, and dessert to go.

    The server and staff made me feel valued and engaged in authentic conversation. We went out to dine and really enjoy our meal. We never felt rushed through our experience. The server took the time to help me select the perfect drink. The food was incredible!!!

    4 people, so 4 different meals and all were very happy. Look forward to going back. Pricey but worth it

    Amazing food through the whole menu. Excellent service and a very good wine selection in my $50-$60 per bottle preferred range. Service is very good with friendly, mature staff. I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED a restaurant with such AMAZING SOUPS. They have a different soup every time I visit and they are always wonderfully spiced. It is a must-have.
