  The lady who worked on me was a smoker and unfortunately that's all I could focus on was the smell of stale cigarettes....not relaxing at all. I was sadly disappointed and I should have said something at the time looking back now.

  However the massage I had wasnt the best 90mins I have ever had. The work on my back was sloppy. After explaining that I have lower back issues I was surprised to feel an elbow jammed into my lower back on more than one occasion. I asked for deep to firm massage I get that, however elbows force a lot of pressure info a small area which is not ok when you have problem areas.

  It is a nice spa which is very clean so I'm sure other treatments would be just fine.

  On one of our staff retreats we came here for a day of pampering. It was such a relaxing time i'm surprised I made it off the massage table. Excellent staff!!!!

  Fusion is amazing! Great get away from real life! Have never had a bad experience and I have been in and had manicures, pedicures, mud baths, massages, eyebrow tinting and have never had one glitch. The girls are friendly. The product that they carry, Eminence is natural, clean and my skin loves it! I recommend that everyone try it out!

  Be careful when you book!! I called around Invermere and area looking for a registered massage therapist that would be covered with my Sunlife plan in Alberta. I called three places in Invermere and surrounding area and they were upfront that they did not have RMTs, so of course, I did not book with them. Fusion indicated they had one available. It wasn't until I submitted my receipt that I discovered this was not the case. When I called and asked to speak with the manager, I was given to the esthetician, Corri, who indicated there was nothing that they could do. Feel very mislead! Apparently there is something we sign indicating their massages may not be covered by our plans. Whether I signed something or not - I was verbally informed the massage therapist was registered. I believe the employees at Fusion know exactly what the insurance plan requires and are misleading us to get our business. If they do not know exactly what our insurance providers are looking for, I suggest they speak with other local massage therapy businesses and become informed - that is their job. In addition to the misinformation I received, I was given 2 different dollar amounts on receipts: my mastercard receipt of $133.34; and another, handwritten receipt, to submit to my insurance company for $162.75. This was presented like I was getting a deal. A bit Fraudulent I think.
